Are they any service-level agreements?
Not at this time. Time will tell what kinds of statistical promises we can make. Of course the goal is constant uptime. This platform should not be relied upon for safety- or mission-critical systems.
How do users get support?
The goal is for the docs and supporting videos to be fairly self-explanatory. But, in this early stage of operation, we will be responding to emails directly. Over time, direct support may be harder to provide.
Why no tiered pricing?
There probably will be, once we better understand which use cases user conjure, and how much load the various projects will put on the system.
